C.P.L.T. (Chicken Prosciutto Lettuce Tomato Sandwich)


Pilgrim's Pride

Ingredients:
6 grilled Pilgrim’s Pride Eat Well Stay Healthy Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets
6 slices of Prosciutto ham
12 slices of sour dough bread
6 slices of Meunster cheese, sliced
3 tablespoons of butter, softened
1 head of romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
Cajun mustard to taste


Directions:
  • Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into two pieces
  • Place two pieces on slice of sour dough bread, adding slice of Prosciutto, cheese and mustard to taste and cover with another slice of sour dough bread
  • Spread outside of bread with butter and grill on Panini Grill or use sandwich press griddle until golden brown.
  • Open sandwiches and insert lettuce and tomato to serve.
