Chicken Tacos


Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Ground Chicken
  • 1 small package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground chili peppers
  • 12 Taco shells
  • Lettuce
  • diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsas

Directions:
A healthy version for delicious tacos when low fat cheese & sour cream are used.

Brown chicken and seasoning in a medium skillet until done. Chicken is done when the juices run clear. Place chicken mixture in heated taco shells with your choice of toppings. Serve with refried beans.
