Southwestern Chicken Salad Spirals


Ingredients:
  • 7 oz Vegetables, Packaged, Red Peppers Roasted, bottled
  • 2 cup, chopped or diced (4.9 oz) Chicken, Breast, meat only, roasted
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, Regular or Soft
  • .4 oz Salad Dressings, Dressing & Dip Mix, Ranch
  • 2 oz Fruit, Canned, Olives, Small, ripe
  • 1 small (2.5 oz) Vegetables, Fresh, Onions, all types, raw
  • 4.5 oz Seasonings, Whole Green Chiles
  • 1 serving, 1/4 cup (0.1 oz) Vegetables, Fresh, Cilantro, leaves, raw
  • .5 teaspoon (0.1 oz) Herbs & Spices, Pepper, black
  • 8 tortilla (1.2 oz) Bread Products, Flour Tortilla, Fajita (6")
  • Garnish: fresh cilantro

Directions:
Drain roasted peppers well, pressing between layers of paper towels; chop. Stir together roasted peppers, chicken, and next 7 ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Spoon mixture evenly over tortillas, and roll up tightly. Cut each roll into 5 slices. Garnish, if desired.
