Chicken Meatballs


Ingredients:
  • 32 oz Chicken, Fresh Ground, Raw
  • 1 small (2.5 oz) Vegetables, Fresh, Onions, all types, raw
  • 1 teaspoon (0.1 oz) Herbs & Spices, Pepper, black
  • 1.5 tsp (0.2 oz) Herbs & Spices, Salt, table
  • .5 cup (3.8 oz) Bread Products, Bread Crumbs, dry
  • 1 oz Sauces, Worcestershire

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into balls, and brown in a small amount of vegetable oil in a heavy skillet. Drain on paper towels, then simmer for 15 minutes in prepared spaghetti sauce. Serve over cooked spaghetti with garlic bread and a tossed salad.

Serves 5-7.
