do business. Through CI, our Partners are empowered to identify, quantify and
eliminate waste by examining each and every one of their processes on a daily
basis.
Through the practice of CI, the company creates leaders who are customer focused
and can understand and manage variation within their processes for maximum
customer satisfaction. In addition, CI helps leaders understand and communicate
to others not only the "big picture" but also how each process and every
Partner fits into Pilgrim's as a whole. One of the most important goals of the
CI process is to create an empowering environment where all Partners can excel.

Our Guiding Principles
Pilgrim's Pride Partners believe in and follow the 14 Points of Continuous
