How to purchase and prepare


Preparation Instructions:
Microwave:
Place frozen chicken breast fillet in a microwave safe dish. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap; fold wrap back at one corner to vent. Heat at 50% power (medium) for 6-7 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated.

Stove Top
Place frozen chicken breast fillet in medium-sized non-stick skillet. Add 1/4 cup water to skillet. Cover skillet; place over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn chicken over; cover skillet and heat for 5 minutes longer. Turn chicken again and heat 1 more minute, uncovered, or until chicken is thoroughly heated.

Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken breast fillet on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, or until internal temperature of 140°F.
